How It Works

1) Inspect on Delivery

When your order arrives, kindly open and check it in front of the courier. Verify that:

The item(s) match your order (style, color, size, quantity)
The condition is perfect (no visible damage)

2) If Something Isn’t Right

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

Do not accept the parcel
Pay only the courier’s shipping fees for the delivery attempt
The parcel will be returned automatically, and our team will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund

3) After Accepting the Parcel

If you’ve accepted and paid for your parcel, you may still request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn, and with tags and packaging intact
The client covers the shipping fees for the return/exchange process

Additional Notes

Order Cancellations: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Refusing delivery for personal reasons will still incur shipping fees.
Sizing & Fit: Exchanges are available for size changes, subject to stock availability. Please check our size guide before placing your order.
