1) When will my order delivered?

  • Standard items: Delivered in 2–4 business days.

2) How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a dispatch email/SMS with tracking as soon as your parcel is on the way.

3) What are your business days?

Saturday –Thursday (Cairo time). Weekends/holidays may add extra processing time.

4) Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Egypt. For other destinations, email info@tharaamodest.com and we’ll advise.

5) Can I change my address or items after ordering?

Yes—before dispatch. Contact us ASAP with your order number. 

6) What is your return & exchange policy?

8) The item is wrong/damaged—what should I do?

With the courier present, inspect the parcel. If incorrect or damaged, refuse the parcel and pay the shipping fees only. We’ll handle it from there.

9) I missed the delivery. What happens?

The courier will attempt redelivery or hold at a pickup point. Re-delivery fees may apply per the courier’s policy.

10) Do you offer size guidance?

Yes. Check our Size Guide (on the product page or menu). For personalized advice, message us with your height, usual sizes, and preferred fit.

11) What payment methods do you accept?

Available methods are shown at checkout (e.g., cards and, where offered, Cash on Delivery). Options may vary by location and order value.

12) How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and cart.

13) Do you offer gift notes or special packing?

Add your note at checkout (if available) or email us with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

14) How do I care for my Tharaa pieces?

Generally: gentle cycle, cold wash, hang dry, and low iron if needed. Always follow the care label on each garment.

15) Collaborations, PR & Wholesale?

Email info@tharaamodest.com with the subject “Collab / PR / Wholesale” and a short intro.
