Welcome to Tharaa (“Tharaa”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from tharaamodest.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your country of residence.

  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for safeguarding your login credentials.

2) Products, Colors & Availability

  • We aim to display colors and details accurately; actual colors may vary by screen.

  • Quantities are limited. Some styles are unique/statement and may be made to order.

3) Orders & Acceptance

  • After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt.

  • Your order is accepted when we dispatch the item(s) and send a dispatch email/SMS.

  • We may cancel or refuse an order (with a full refund if charged) for reasons including stock issues, pricing/description error, suspected fraud, or delivery risks.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any customs charges (if applicable) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard items: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Unique/statement pieces: may require up to 15 business days to leave our factory.

  • Business days: Sunday–Thursday (Cairo time).

  • We’ll notify you if an item needs extra time or if we split shipments.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; courier delays are outside our control. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6) On-Delivery Check & Final Sale (Important)

  • We operate a no-return, no-exchange policy.

  • You must open and check the parcel with the courier present before signing/paying.

  • If anything is incorrect or damaged, do not accept the parcel; pay only the shipping fees for the delivery attempt, and the courier will return it.

  • Once the parcel is accepted, the sale is final and no return or exchange can be processed.

  • Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled; refusing delivery for personal reasons still incurs shipping fees.

7) Size, Fit & Care

  • Please review our size guide and product notes before purchasing.

8) Payments

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

  • By submitting payment, you confirm you’re authorized to use the selected method and that details are correct.

9) Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits

  • Promotions are time-limited, non-transferable, and may not be combined unless stated.

  • We may modify or end promotions at any time.

  • Gift cards/credits (if offered) are subject to the terms provided at purchase.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (designs, photos, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to Tharaa and protected by law.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11) Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to access data without authorization, upload harmful code, or infringe rights).

  • We may suspend access for suspected abuse or security risks.

12) User Content (Reviews, Messages)

  • If you submit reviews or content, you grant Tharaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.

  • You confirm you own the content and it doesn’t infringe third-party rights.

13) Privacy

14) Warranties & Liability

  • The Site and products are provided “as available” and “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for courier delays beyond our control.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) concerned.

15) Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Tharaa harmless from claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

16) Third-Party Services & Links

  • The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., couriers, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

17) Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • Courts of Cairo, Egypt will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (if applicable).
